The software does not only include controlling of the parameters and creating personalized programs but also a safe shut down in case of emergency. Several emergency or trigger alarms can be set for unforeseen circumstances for necessary safety procedures such as an alarm for an empty feed tank to prevent the system to run dry.

This custom-built plant is a flexible automated test system with the possibility of adjusting several parameters such as feed flow, pressure and permeate flow. The software allows all parameters to be logged, to create automatic reports and to create client specific programs.

The system can work with one or two test cells (in series) and is compactly built, reducing dead volume as much as possible.
